COTO BIKE
Cotopaxi National Park tour is an exciting day that begins with spectacular views of the Andean landscape
in the Avenue of the Volcanoes. you will hike to José Rivas Refuge (4.864m), and maybe even to the glacier (5.100 m). Once at the refuge you will hike back to the parking lot and then have the opportunity to bike down hill to the largest lagoon of the park and discover the amazing flora inside the reserve.
QUILOTOA
Quilotoa is an exotic volcano with a beautiful lagoon inside its crater. The emerald colored waters offer the opportunity for kayaking after a joyful walk to the beach of the lagoon. We will have the opportunity to visit an indigenous market to share with the locals.
OTAVALO
Just 2 hours away from of Quito is the most famous indigenous market of Ecuador: Otavalo, full of traditions and handicrafts. Before you arrive there you will make an stop in Cayambe to watch how local people prepare salty biscuits using a traditional technique. Then, you will get to a viewpoint to observe the SanPabl o Lake and Imbabura Volcano (4.610 m – 15.164 ft).
MINDO
Get to the cloud forest of Ecuador. Located northwest of Quito you will find Mindo, the hummingbird’s
homeland. Here, you will find many activities to do such as Canopy, with 13 zip lines. Tubing down a local river with rapids. If you prefer a more relaxing activity, then a hike across the cloud forest to visit the waterfalls and In the afternoon, you may choose between visiting the chocolate factory to learn the process of the elaboration of chocolate, or the butterflies and hummingbirds farms.
